Directions:
IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, COMBINE ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS AND MIX THOROUGHLY WITH HANDS. PRESS FIRMLY INTO GREASED LOAF PAN. I LIKE TO USE A LONG LOAF PAN -- ITS JUST THE RIGHT SIZE FOR SANDWICHES. BAKE IN PREHEATED 350º OVEN FOR 1 TO 1¼ HOURS. LET STAND 5 MINUTES BEFORE CUTTING.

Personal Notes:
Mom found this recipe on the lid of a Quaker Oats box when I was a kid. So simple!! It was a staple for sandwiches in my restaurant.
I like to make extra for sandwiches the next day for lunch -- hot or cold. Try it with green pepper strips and sliced onion.
