2 cups uncooked rice
1 cup small pieces vermicelle or thin spaghetti (broken into 1/2 inch pieces)
1/2 cup dried parsley
6 tablespoons chicken bouillon powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in airtight container.
Instructions:
Melt 2 tablespoons butter and 12 inch skillet. Add 1 cup rice mix and stir for about one minute or until pasta turns golden brown. Add 2 1/4 cup water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve
