1/2 pound white American cheese
1/4 cup milk (more if you want thinner)
1 tablespoon butter
1- 4 ounce can of green chilies
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place in a small sauce pan over pan with boiling water for a hot water bath. Stir frequently until melted. Serve immediately with chips. I use it over chicken enchiladas.
