Round Steak
Flour
Milk
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Use a meat tenderizer and beat to tenderize the round steak. Cut off the excess fat on the steak. Cut the steak into strips. Take the strip of meat roll in flour. Than dip in the milk and roll in flour again.

Place oil in a frying pan and fry the strips to golden brown.

Serve with cream gravy.
