2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. diced potatoes (optional)
¼ lb. kolbassa sausage cubed
4 c. chopped cabbage
2½ c. hot beef stock
¼ c. fresh parsley
1 T. sugar
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. pepper
1 can tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion peppers (potatoes) together. Add to beef stock, together with kolbassa cubed sugar paprika pepper and tomatoes. Add Cabbage simmer.
