Ingredients: 1 cup Chopped Strawberries 1 3/4 Cups Flour 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil 1/2 Cup Milk 1 Egg 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Directions:Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line 10 muffin tins with paper liners
Step 2 – In a small bowl mix together the vegetable oil, vanilla, milk and egg and beat lightly.
Step 3 – In a larger bowl mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
Step 4 – Add the chopped strawberries to the flour mixture then pour the milk mixture and mix together
Step 5 – Fill your muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 25 minutes remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes before eating. |

Notes: These Strawberry Muffins are simple to make because they use very few ingredients and your strawberries can be fresh or frozen in this recipe. Besides the fact that you can use either frozen or fresh strawberries in these strawberry muffins you can also change up the fruit to fit your tastes too. Do you like blueberries or raspberries instead of strawberries? Use those instead or maybe you want to make a triple berry? You can do that too!
