1 lb of sausage meat
1 lg onion
1/2 c of celery
1 stick of butter
1 package of Egg Roll Buns or Hamburger buns
1/4 c flat leaf parsley-chopped
1 c milk
2 tbsp of Belle Seasoning
S & P to taste

Directions:
pre heat oven to 375º

soak buns in milk, buns should be completely covered, use more milk if needed. In a large frying pan, saute onions, celery, and parsley in butter until onions are translucent. Add in sausage and cook unitl brown. Season the stuffing with S&P and Belle seasoning to taste. Coat a 9X13 baking pan with butter and place the stuffing in it. Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges are brown.
