1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Water
1 tsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Butter
4 cloves Garlic minced
1 large bunch Kale, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Stir Soy sauce and water and set aside.
Pour Oil and Butter unto skillet over medium heat.
Sauté Garlic for 1 minute. Place chopped Kale over Garlic and pour in Soy Sauce.
Cover with lid and cook till wilted.
