1 cup softened butter

2/3 cup granulated sugar

2 cup + 2 T all-purpose flour

2 tsp real vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

4 tsp sugar

Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350º

2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

3. Mix in vanilla extract.

4. Gradually mix in flour.

5. Use small cookie scoop roll dough into balls and slightly flatten on ungreased cookie sheet.

6, Flatten cookies with cookie press coated with sugar.

7. Bake until golden brown approximately 12 to 15 minutes. (In my oven 8 minutes is prefect.)
