1/2 C Mayonnaise
1/2 C Cilantro (chopped)
1/2 Lemon (squeeze for juice)
1 lb. Crab Meat Lump
2 C Kellogs Corn Flakes Crumbs
2 tbs of Old Bay Seasoning
1 Egg
2 tbs. of Lea and Perrins Worchestershire Sauce

Optional Items

1/4 C Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/4 C Onion
3 tbs diijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place Crab Meat in Bowl, Add "wet" ingredients (egg, mayo, worchestershire, lemon) mix together.
Add dry ingredients and continue stirring until well mixed.
Add enough crumbs until patties can be formed firm but not "stiff"

Fry patties in olive oil over Medium High heat. Be careful in that hot oil will splatter and may scald.
