1 lb ground beef
9 Catelli Express Lasgne noodles
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c cottage cheese
1 egg
1 jar pasta sauce
3/4 c water
Mozzerella

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger until no longer pink. Add onion and garlic cook until soft. Add tomato sauce and water. Combine egg, cottage cheese. and salt and pepper. In 9'' x 13'' greased baking dish add 1/3 amount of hamburger sauce mixture. Put layer of noodles on top and put cottage cheese mixture over noodles. Add another layer of noodles, sauce noodles, sauce and top off with mozzarella. Cover and bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
