3 T. olive oil
2 T. butter
2 T. honey
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. dried basil
Kosher salt and ground pepper to taste
16 oz. baby red potatoes, halved
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4-5 c. broccoli florets

Preheat oven to 450º spray a cooking sheet with non stick cooking spray

In a small bowl whisk together butter, olive oil, honey, brown sugar, mustard, garlic, oregano and basil: season with salt & pepper and set aside.

Place potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Add chicken in a single layer and brush with honey mixture.

Place in oven ad roast until the chicken reaches 165º, about 25-30 minutes, Add broccoli in the last 10 minutes of cooking. Then turn to broil until slightly charred.
