Mirin Chicken Recipe

2 packages chicken thighs
2 cloves garlic
2 eggs, beaten
Mochiko
Oil

½ c soy sauce
½ c mirin

Directions:
Directions:
Cover chicken with garlic and mirin overnight.

Dip chicken in beaten egg and roll in mochiko.

Fry chicken to brown.

Preheat oven to 350º.

Make sauce with mirin and soy sauce. As you remove chicken from pan, dip it into the sauce.

Bake 45 minutes.
