1 c minute rice
2-3 potatoes, sliced
2-3 carrots, sliced
½ c frozen peas
1 onion, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
sausages to cover top

Directions:
Directions:
In 9'' x 13'' greased baking dish layer potatoes, carrots, peas, onions, sprinkle raw rice over top. Pour tomato onto all and then add can of water. Salt and pepper to taste then layer sausages on top. Cover and bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.

We used to make this on the farm often for supper. Recipe could be cut down to a 9" x 9" pan if smaller recipe if needed. Also reheats very well.
