2 T. Olive Oil
1 c. Garlic
½ Vodka
¾ Heavy Whipping Cream
¾ c. Tomato Sauce (Shop Rite Marinara)
8 oz. Rigatoni Pasta
⅓ c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 T. Parsley - optional
2 T. Basil - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add vodka and boil for approximately 5 minutes. Increase heat to medium high and add whipping cream - slow boil until sauce thickens (approx. 2 to 3 minutes). Cook pasta according to package directions until al denté (firm to the tooth) Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water and drain pasta. Bring sauce to simmer with pasta water, add pasta, ⅓ cup of cheese, parsley and basil and toss to coat.

Plate food and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
