1 yellow cake mix
½ c. sugar
1 small. can pumpkin
¼ c. oil
¼-½c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese
6 T. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Add all ingredients in a bowel. You may add nuts & raisins.( optional ) Bake 350 º for 30 - 45 minutes. Cool the cake and frost with icing. Mix cream cheese, softened, butter, softened , powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost the pumpkin cake with this. Yummy...
