2 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt (1/4 tsp f using self rising flour)
2 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp flour for pudding, 3 tbsp flour for pies
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp chocolate for chocolate pies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and salt in one bowl. Beat eggs and milk, vanilla and butter in another bowl. Then mix all together. Cook over low heat until thick.

When making banana pudding, always cool pudding mix before pouring over bananas.
