Ingredients:  
1 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
3 T. neufchatel cheese
1 T. chili sauce
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
2 T. minced celery
1 hard- cooked egg, chopped
1 T. grated onion
1 c. plus 1 T. finely chopped parsley.divided
žtsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop shrimp and place in a mixing bowl. Mix worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well. Form mixture into small balls. Roll in remaining 1 cup parsely. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
