4 TBSP OIL

MIX FLOUR, SALT, EGGS AND MILK IN BLENDER UNTIL BLENDED. REFRIGERATE FOR 2 HOURS.

PREHEAT OVEN. POUR OIL INTO 8X8" PAN AND HEAT IN OVEN FOR 2 MINUTES. POUR BATTER INTO PAN AND BAKE FOR 20 TO 30 MINUTES. BE SURE THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM BETWEEN THE OVEN RACKS.
