2/3 c. Whole wheat pastry flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1T. Vanilla extract
2/3 c. Almond milk
3 T. Agave nectar or maple syrup 2 c. Blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350o. Combine the flour and the baking powder in a small bowl. Combine the vanilla, milk substitute, and nectar or syrup in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. The batter will be runny. Pour the batter in to a nonstick 8" square pan. Sprinkle the blueberries over the batter. Make for 45 minutes or until brown.
