2 boxes frozen chopped spinach-defrost and squeeze dry
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 eggs, beaten
½ c parmesan cheese
½ c butter, melted
1 ½ tsp thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º.

Mix all ingredients.

Chill for at least 2 hours.

From into small balls.

Bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes. Spinach balls should be set but not browned.
