1# ground pork (may use chicken or shrimp)
1 can chopped water chestnuts
3-4 green onions
1 Tblsp soy sauce
1-1½ inch piece ginger, grated
Salt
Pepper
MSG

Won ton or Pot Sticker wrappers
Oil
Egg, beaten to use as the glue to hold the won tons together.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients.

Fill skin with about a teaspoon of filling. Use egg along the edge to seal.

Fry in oil heated to 350º.

Drain on rack and keep warm in oven.

Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
