1 3 oz cream cheese
1 c sifted flour
Smooth into muffin pans

Filling:

1 egg, beaten
¾ c brown sugar
1 Tbsp melted butter
¼ tsp vanilla
⅛ tsp salt

Place a few chopped pecans into each cup

Filling
Beat all together
Place a few chopped pecans on top of filled cups
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes and 250º for 20 minutes
