1 1/2 Cup flour
1 1/2 Cup oats
1 1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 Cup chilled/cut up butter
12 oz chocolate chips
1/2 Cup whipping cream
14 oz caramels

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor. Add butter pieces pulsing until crumbly. Press all but 2 cups into a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle choc. chips on top & set aside. Simmer cream, add caramels, stir until smooth. This is a little slow but important to keep stirring so it doesn't burn. Pour mixture over chips. Sprinkle reserved 2 cups of flour, sugar mixture over the top.
Bake until golden brown about 20 min. Cut around edges of pan with a knife then cool, refrigerate & serve.
