2-5oz. cans solid albacore tuna in water (drained)
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
c. unseasoned bread crumbs
2 T. parsley (chopped)
2 T. shallots (chopped)
tsp. sea salt
⅛ tsp. black pepper
2 dashes hot sauce
2 slightly beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients and shape into 4 patties. Heat 4 t. olive oil in a non stick skillet, add patties and cook until browned 3-4 min. per side. Serve on Buns.
