2 pkg. lemon jello
1 C boiling water
2 C cold water
3 T vinegar
3T pickle relish
1 large avocado sliced
2 hard cooked eggs
1 C cooked shrimp
5 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tsp crushed basil
2 T chopped green onion
2 T chopped pimento
2 T chopped green pepper

Directions:

1. Dissolve jello. Add cold water, vinegar, tabasco, salt.

2. Chill until it mounds on a spoon.

3. Fold in solids. Chill.
