1 chicken fryer (2-3 lb) cut up or chicken breast - skin removed
1/4 tsp pepper and salt to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup milk
1 cup corn flake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Season chicken with pepper, salt, paprika. Dip in milk and roll in crumbs. Place in lightly oiled dish (use vegetable oil). Be sure pieces don't touch. Bake 45 minutes or until tender.
