8 oz macaroni
1/4 c butter or margarine
2 (8 oz) cans tomato paste
1 large onion chopped
1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c diced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to pkg directions. Melt butter in saucepan and add tomato paste, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 min. Add ham and 3/4 c of the cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Stir in cooked drained macaroni. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350F for 30 min.
