1 QT CANNED TOMATOES
1 – 4 OZ. CAN TOMATOE SAUCE

Directions:
BROWN GROUND BEEF IN LARGE SAUCEPAN. TRANSFER TO CROCK POT AND ADD TOMATOES, TOMATO SAUCE, GREEN CHILIES, CUMIN AND WHITE PEPPER. SIMMER FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS TO LET THE FLAVORS COMBINE. ADD CHILI POWDER AND HEAT FOR ANOTHER ½ HOUR BEFORE SERVING.

For quick chili, prepare on the stove top. We like our chili mild and thick, so I like to add a ½ to ¾ can of refried beans to thicken my chili. You can add peppers or hot sauce of your choice for more spice.
