6 (3/4") pork loin chops
1/2 c bottled steak sauce
1/4 c honey
1/4 c orange juice
1 tsp orange peel
2 tbsp. brown sugar
6 orange slices
pepper
thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Combine steak sauce, honey, orange juice, peel and sugar. Set aside. Lightly season chops to taste with pepper and thyme. Place chops on rack in broiler pan 4" from heat for 10 min. Baste chops generously and turn over. Broil five min. Baste again and broil 5 min longer. Add orange slices to chops when ready and return to oven for 1 or 2 min longer. Heat and serve remaining sauce in a side dish.
