8 oz cream cheese (soften)
2 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons half and half
1/4 cup Guinness
2 or 3 scallions (chopped)
1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons parsley ( chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. In the bowl of your blender or food processor, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mustard and half and half. Pulse until smooth.

2. With the food process running slowly pour Guinness into the bowl, blend until combine.

3. Add scallions, garlic, parsley and salt and pepper. Blend until throughly mixed.

4. Transfer to a bowl, cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

5. Serve with crackers, pretzels or veggies
