12 strips Longhorn cheese
1 doz. eggs
2 T. flour
12 large chile strips (chilies roasted, peeled and seeded)

Directions:
Directions:
Layer chile strips and cheese in greased, shallow bake pan. Mix flour with beaten eggs and pour over. Bake in 350 oven until egg mixture is firm. Cut in squares and serve.
