1 c. milk
1 c. water
1/2 c. honey
2 pkgs. yeast
3 T. butter
3-4 c. All Purpose Flour
2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, water, honey, and butter to just melt butter. Add yeast and stir until dissolved. Add 2 c. white flour and 2 c. wheat flour. Mix well. Add egg. Stir until blended well. Turn out onto floured board and knead until smooth and satiny. Let rise in covered bowl in warm place until dough doubles in size. Punch down and make into loaves or rolls. Let rise again then bake at 375 degrees 25-30 minutes.
