1 c. corn meal
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. soda
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. cracklings

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk, and egg. Mix well. Stir in cracklings. Pour into well-greased skillet. Bake for 30 minutes.
