1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 small can cream-style corn
1 medium onion, chopped
2 T. melted butter
1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
