2 LBS GROUND BEEF
1 16 OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
2 EGGS
SALT AND PEPPER
CHOPPED ONION, BELL PEPPER
ADD 1 PKG MEATLOAF SEASONING
15 CRUSHED CRACKERS
1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1/2 TSP ONION POWDER

CHUNKS OF CHEDDAR CHEESE--- OPTIONAL

MIX BEEF, ONION , PEPPER AND EGGS
MIX IN TOMATO SAUCE AND SPICES
ADD CRUSHED CRACKERS AND PLACE IN A MEATLOAF PAN


COOK AT 350º FOR 1 HOUR
UPON THE LAST 10 MIN TO COOK I MAKE A MIXTURE OF KETCHUP, MUSTARD AND BROWN SUGAR
AND PLACE ON TOP OF MEATLOAF AND CONTINUE TO COOK FOR 10-15 MINUTES


1 1/2 C KETCHUP
2 TBSP MUSTARD
3/4 C BROWN SUGAR
