1 cup ~ Flour 1/8 tsp. ~ Salt 1/2 Tbsp. ~ Baking powder 2 eggs 3/4 cup ~ Milk 4 Tbsp. ~ Butter (melted) 1 Tbsp. ~ Baker's sugar
Mix dry ingredients. Mix egg yolks, milk, and butter until smooth. Make well in dry mix and poor in wet mix. Fold together until just blended. Beat egg whites until soft peaks begin to form. Add sugar and mix until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whites into mix.
