1 C SUGAR
4 EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA
1/4 FRESH LEMON 3 TBSP AND 1 FLAT TSP
PINCH OF SALT
Directions:
Directions:
BUTER PAN AND SPRINKLE WITH GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS.
POUR INTO A ROUND CHEESECAKE PAN AND SET IN A PAN OF HOT WATER

COOK AT 325º UNTIL CRACKS ABOUT 1 HR
