1 1/2 LB. Fontina Cheese
1/4 C. Olive Oil
6 Garlic Cloves Thinly Sliced
1 Tab. Minced Fresh Tyme
1 teasp. Minced Fresh Rosemary
Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dice cheese into 1" cubes. Place in cast iron fry pan. Drizzel with oil. Top with garlic, herbs and pepper. Broil until slightly brown. Serve with bread, veggies and fruit.
