8 pork loin chops
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp rosemary
1 can cherry pie filling
1 oz Kirsch (cherry brandy)
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary. Brown both sides and cook through in a greased skillet. In a separate pan warm pie filling and add kirsch. Place chops on a serving platter and top each with cherry sauce.
