1 medium onion
2 T oleo
2 beaten eggs
2 slices bread
1/4 cup milk
1-1/2 lbs ground beef
1 potato, grated
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt, garlic salt
1/4 cup diced celery - pepper
3/4 cup catsup (save 1/2 cup for topping
1/4 cup chopped green pepper

Preheat oven to 350

Saute onions in oleo. To beaten eggs add milk and bread torn into small pieces. Mix ground beef, potato, Worcestershire sauce, salt, celery, garlic salt, pepper, 1/4 cup catsup and green pepper.

Mix thoroughly, shape in loaf and place on sauted onions in pan. Pour remaining catsup over loaf, cover and bake for one hour.

Place potatoes, carrots and whole onions around loaf and cover. Paprika for garnish cook til done.
