10 lbs of chicken. (can use whole chicken cut up in small pieces or just parts cut up to small
2 lbs wings
3/4 box of dark brown sugar
1/2 jar of orange marmalade
1/2bottle ketchup
Garlic powder
1/2 to 1cup orange or pineapple juice

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients for sauce
Coat each piece os chicken in sauce
Place in a large pan lined with foil
350 degrees.
2 hours
Baste and turn chicken over
( if there is too much sauce take some out)
Chicken should be dry ( no wet sauce)
