2 lbs chuck or sirloin cut into 1-1/2" cubes
Quartered tomatoes or 18 cherry tomatoes
1 lb boiled onions
Soy marinade or bottle of Italian salad dressing


1 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp garlic, minced
crushed bullion cube
1-1/4 tsp cornstrch

Alternate meat, tomatoes, onions, peppers, potatoes and mushrooms on skewers.

Brush well with soy marinade or salad dressing overnight or 2-3 hours.

Place on grill over meat hot grill 10 minutes. Turn and grill 5 minutes, brushing with marinade.
