2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs.
Make a well with the flour in a bowl. Add milk, eggs and salt. Mix well.

If any left over they can be frozen or microwaved later or roll them up in plastic for next day and keep in fridge.

Oma notes "At first I used to beat the egg whites and folded in slowly last before baking. They were nice and light - but got lazy.
