3 sticks butter
dash of cinnamon
3 1/4 cup sugar
3 cup cake flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
6 eggs
1/2 cup butter milk 2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
All ingredients should be room temperature.

1. Sift together. all dry ingredients. Cream sugar and butter until light and smooth.

2. Add eggs and dry ingredients, alternating.

3. Add milk, sour cream until smooth.

4. Fold sour cream into cake batter.

Bake at 325º for 75 minutes

1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
5oz unsweetened chocolate
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar and milk in sauce pan and cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly.

Simmer for 7 minutes without stirring.

Remove from heat, add chocolate and stir until smooth.

Add butter and flavor: stir until butter is melted.

Cool Before using at least 2 to 5 minutes
