6 c. broccoli florets
3 c. cauliflower florets
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
⅓ c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped seeded tomatoes
2 hard cooked eggs, cut into 8ths
c. coleslaw dressing
c. ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan bring 2 inches water to boiling. Add broccoli , return to boiling and cook 2 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp-tender and bright green. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain well.
In same pan, cook cauliflower using same method as above.

In small bowl, combine two dressings.
In large bowl, place all ingredients and stir gently to distribute dressings.

Serve immediately or cover for later use. Can be refrigerated overnight.
