2 tbsp. butter
2 8- ounce packages french green beans
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into thin strips
3 shallots, peeled and sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large dutch dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the green beans, bell pepperstrips and remaining ingredients, tossing to coat. Add 1/4 cup of water

Cover and cook for 4 to 6 minutes; uncover and cook, stirring often, 1 to 2 minutes more or until water is evaporated and beans are crisp-tender.
