Pre-heat oven 350

3 sticks butter
3 cups granulated sugar
1 8oz Pkg Cream Cheese
3 cups sifted cake flour (sift before measure)
6 eggs separated
2 tsp any flavoring

Butter, cheese and eggs should be at room temperature.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar together until smooth and light. Add cheese and cream together.

2. Add egg yolks and flour alternating. Beat well after each addition.

3. Add flavor, mix well.

4. Beat egg whites until it forms a peak. Fold into cake batter.

5. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or untl tested with tooth pick.
