Baked pie shell
4 to 6 good sized tomatoes (sliced and drained on paper towels)
grated cheddar cheese
thinly sliced or chopped onions (red or yellow)
oregano (dried)
basil (dried or fresh)
mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-bake pie shell.
Preheat oven to 375.
In layers spread tomatoes, sprinkle onion, oregano, basil, and cheddar cheese to cover. Repeat. Spread mayonnaise over the top layer. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until browned.
