6 pork chops
3 1/2 c canned tomatoes
3/4 c rice
1 c chopped onion
1/2 c sliced celery
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Use a frying pan with close fitting lid. Brown chops on both sides in frying pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover. When steaming nicely turn to low and cook for 45 min. Remove bay leaf before serving.
